Abstract

Nationally, DKI Jakarta's poverty rate is the lowest among 34 provinces in Indonesia. The percentage of poor population of DKI Jakarta in March 2019 was 3.47 percent or 365.55 thousand people. Compared to September 2018 (3.55% or 372.26 thousand people), the number of poor people decreased by 6.71 thousand people or decreased by 0.08 points. And compared to the March 2018 period (3.57% or 373.12 thousand people), the percentage of poor people fell 0.10 points or reduced by 7.57 thousand people.
