The occupancy rate of DKI Jakarta Starred Hotel Rooms in October 2019 reaches 62.67 percent

Abstract

The starred hotel room occupancy rate (ROR) in October 2019 reached 62.67 percent, increasing ROR by 3.70 points from the ROR in September 2019 which reached 58.97 percent. However, when compared with the TPK in October 2018 of 68.72 percent, the TPK in October 2019 experienced a decrease of 6.05 points
The average length of stay of guests, namely foreign guests and Indonesian guests at star hotels in October 2019, was 1.96 days, a decrease of 0.09 days compared to the average length of stay in September 2019 which was 2.05 days.
The ratio of foreign guests to Indonesian guests for star-rated hotels in October 2019 was 0.12, neither decreased nor increased so it remained when compared to the ratio in September 2019, which was 0.12. Conversely, when compared to the October 2018 ratio, the ratio of foreign guests to Indonesian guests in October 2019 decreased by 0.03.
